Refund policy

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

SecureMed Logistics primarily provides transportation and logistics services. As our business is service-based, traditional product returns do not apply to services that have already been performed.

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us as soon as possible at info@securemedlogistics.ca. Refund requests for cancelled services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For any physical products that may be offered through our website, return requests must be submitted within 1 day of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Once a transportation, delivery, or logistics service has been completed, the service is generally considered fulfilled and is not eligible for return.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced an issue with a service provided by SecureMed Logistics, please contact us at info@securemedlogistics.ca and we will investigate the matter promptly.
